The Waterloo Town Council met in special session to discuss a plan to repair the vandal damage at the cemetery.  The procedure must follow a sequence to ensure the gravestones are restored to pre-conditions.  The community is invited to volunteer for supervised work groups and/or donate cash to assist with the restoration.  If you would like to have your name placed on a list to volunteer help, please contact Council Member Candi Surber at 837-5323 or mapleleaf425@yahoo.com.  Cash donations may be sent to:  Cemetery Donation Fund, P.O. Box 96, Waterloo, IN   46793 or delivered to the Town Hall.  The first step in the process is to acquire a professional assessment of the damage and determine the proper repair for each site.
